Abstract

Procédé d'adsorption à contre-courant pour séparer un constituant adsorbé préférentiellement d'avec une solution aqueuse à constituants multiples laquelle contient des composés additionnels qui sont également adsorbés. La sélectivité d'un adsorbant pour le constituant préférentiellement adsorbé d'une solution à constituants multiples est améliorée par un procédé d'adsorption à contre-courant couplé avec une opération de reflux, dans lequel le milieu adsorbant chargé qui est retiré du courant en tant qu'adsorbant usé est traité de façon à y concentrer le constituant préférentiellement adsorbé. Application aux extraits aqueux de café.
