Abstract

Ce bâti destiné à une carde comportant un grand tambour, un tambour briseur et un tambour peigneur, comprend deux flancs 4 et 5 formé chacun par une feuille de tôle plane dont les bords sont rabattus vers l'extérieur puis parallèlement au plan général de la feuille de sorte que le flanc présente un panneau plat vers l'intérieur de la carde. Chaque flanc est renforcé par des raidisseurs 5d, 5f et les flancs sont réunis entre eux par une base 1 formée d'une tôle plane renforcée par des raidisseurs soudée à sa face inférieure, ainsi que par des traverses 6 et 7 en forme de caisson, composées de tôles pliées et soudées entre elles, les traverses étant soudées aux faces intérieures des panneaux plats des flancs 4 et 5.
