Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour le traitement des eaux contenant du chrome. Plus particulièrement il s'agit d'un procédé de déchromatation d'eau contenant du chrome caractérisé en ce que : a. l'eau contenant le chrome est passée dans une cellule à électrolyse à anode soluble libérant des ions fer; b. l'effluent de l'étape a est introduit dans un récipient de réduction-dégazage maintenu sous agitation rapide; c. l'effluent de l'étape b est introduit dans un récipient de floculation maintenu sous agitation lente; d. puis l'effluent de l'étape c est introduit dans un décanteur et la phase liquide constitue l'eau déchromatée et la phase solide est éliminée, une partie pouvant être recyclée dans le récipient de floculation. Ce procédé est plus particulièrement utilisable pour la déchromatation des eaux contenant - de 250 mg/l de chrome hexavalent.
