Abstract

La présente addition concerne un système pour la synchronisation électronique rapide des crabots d'une boîte de vitesses, notamment pour un camion. Le microcalculateur de la transmission automatique place le moteur diesel dans des conditions de fonctionnement correspondant à la moitié du couple maximum. Il commande alors un débrayage instantané, si bien que le crabot de sortie de boîte entame des oscillations de torsion dont l'amplitude et la pseudofréquence sont standard. La courbe d'oscillation est choisie de façon à obtenir le synchronisme avec le crabot d'entrée de boite en un temps plus court que s'il n'y avait pas d'oscillations de torsion. Application : possibilité de monter les rapports de vitesses en Kick Down sur les premiers rapports de la boîte même lorsque le camion gravit une côte à fort pourcentage.
