Abstract

Dispositif pour changement instantané des refoulages et des découpages en long d'une bande continue de carton ondulé à la sortie de la machine de production, dite << onduleuse >>. Il utilise un dispositif de refendage et refoulage en long comportant deux postes indépendants 23, 24 en série de manière à ce que la nappe de carton 1 passe entre tous les outils de refendage 28, 34 et de refoulage 27, 33, ces outils étant indépendants et positionnés de manière à ce que les outils de l'un des postes soient actifs, leurs réglages correspondant au premier format, tandis que les outils de l'autre poste sont inactifs, leurs réglages correspondant au format suivant. Le changement de format se fait alors par relevage séquentiel des outils du premier format et abaissement séquentiel des outils du format suivant. L'invention trouve son utilisation dans l'industrie de la fabrication de caisses en carton ondulé.
