Abstract

L'invention a trait à un piston, en particulier pour moteurs à combustion interne, et à son procédé de fabrication. Elle a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un piston, équipé d'un alésage recevant le tourillon servant à la fixation de la bielle, dans lequel entre tourillon et alésage sur ou à proximité des deux extrémités du tourillon sont disposés des coussinets cylindriques. Le diamètre du tourillon et celui de l'alésage sont dimensionnés indépendamment l'un de l'autre en fonction des exigences qui leur sont respectivement imposées, et la chambre intermédiaire en résultant entre tourillon et alésage est pontée par les coussinets cylindriques. Application notamment aux moteurs Diesel de forte puissance.
