Abstract

Machine à double torsion pour toronner en câble une multiplicité de brins unitaires. La machine comporte, sur un socle 1, un moteur 2 entraînant à même vitesse une poupée porteuse 12 et une poupée de reprise 13. Les brins unitaires 30 issus des bobines débitrices 22 sur un berceau 20 monté fou sur le moyeu 13, avec un balourd stabilisateur 21, passent dans le moyeu 13 et décrivent une lyre excentrique 32, 33 pour ressortir en 34 toronnés en un câble. Une première torsion est acquise sur le galet 17, et une seconde, additive, dans la poupée 13. Application à la production de câbles avec gainage en ligne.
