Abstract

Bouchon allumeur à retard pour engins pyrotechniques tels que grenades, explosives, fumigènes, éclairantes ou combinées, comportant un module pyrotechnique étanche solidarisé avec le corps et apte à assurer l'initiation de la charge de l'engin associé, ainsi qu'un mécanisme de percussion assurant la commande du module. Le bouchon comporte un dispositif de sécurité capable d'interdire le déclenchement de la charge principale d'amorçage 16 en cas de déclenchement de l'amorce 17 autrement que par les opérations normales de dégoupillage, et d'action du mécanisme de percussion; ce dispositif comprend un écran 18 interposé entre la charge finale 16 et le module pyrotechnique 3, un doigt 32 faisant partie du levier 6 et bloquant le module 3 dans une position telle que l'écran 18 interrompt la chaîne pyrotechnique, un système élastique 27, 27a pouvant faire pivoter automatiquement le module 3 après libération de celui-ci par échappement du levier 6 et du doigt 32 de blocage, afin de placer la charge primaire 19, 24 en ligne avec le relais d'amorçage 21 de la charge principale 16. Ce dispositif écarte tout danger de déclenchement accidentel de la charge principale d'explosif, en cas d'excitation accidentelle de l'amorce.
