Abstract

Presse à vis continue à étages multiples comportant une cage cylindrique dans laquelle est disposé axialement un rotor portant pour chaque étage un élément de vis sans fin dont le diamètre intérieur va croissant dans le sens d'avancement du produit traité et dont le diamètre extérieur est légèrement inférieur au diamètre intérieur de la cage, et entre deux étages successifs une zone dépourvue de spires formée de deux manchons cylindriques dont l'un est fixé à l'élément de vis de l'étage précédent et a un diamètre égal au plus grand diamètre intérieur de l'élément de vis de l'étage précédent et l'autre est fixé à l'élément de vis de l'étage suivant et a un diamètre égal au plus petit diamètre de l'élement de vis de l'étage suivant, caractérisé par le fait que sur la cage cylindrique, au niveau de la surface dépourvue de spires, sont fixés au moins deux couteaux en forme de L.
