Abstract
The system improves growth in urban plantations, amenities etc. and accelerates germination by electro-osmosis. An electrical potential is applied to the sap circulation. There can be a network of electrodes, the positive electrodes above the ground and the negative electrodes buried with the direct-current voltage applied to the electrodes is adjustable to suit the ground conditions and the plants being grown.
