Abstract

L'invention concerne un agencement pour dévier le faisceau d'électrons d'un tube-image à grand angle, et il comprend un enroulement déflecteur, un générateur de courant pour favoriser l'écoulement d'un courant récurrent à une fréquence de déviation dans l'enroulement afin de forcer le tube-image à balayer une trame sur sa face, qui a une tendance à une distorsion géométrique bilatérale ayant l'aspect d'une dilatation progressive vers ses côtés et d'une compression progressive vers son centre, un condensateur de correction de S couplé en série avec l'enroulement déflecteur pour corriger symétriquement la compression au centre, ce condensateur ayant tendance à provoquer une correction excessive de l'expansion progressive vers les côtés; et une impédance variable pour la correction de linéarité. Selon l'invention, l'impédance variable 40 varie d'une façon bilatéralement symétrique à la fréquence de déviation pour augmenter l'allure du changement du courant de déviation vers les côtés de la trame. L'invention s'applique notamment aux corrections de distorsion dans un téléviseur.
