Abstract

L'invention concerne un pneumatique comportant une carcasse munie d'une bande de roulement dans sa couronne, de flancs partant de la couronne de part et d'autre du pneumatique jusqu'à des talons annulaires situés sur la périphérie intérieure de chaque côté du pneumatique, lesdits talons étant agencés pour permettre le montage du pneumatique sur la jante d'une roue. Le pneumatique est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément annulaire élastique de compression qui est fixé dans la carcasse dans la zone du pneumatique qui est placée radialement vers l'intérieur de la bande de roulement et une multiplicité d'éléments de renforcement orientés essentiellement radialement et situés dans les flancs de manière à coopérer avec ledit élément de compression. Application à des véhicules automobiles.
