Abstract

Procédé de détection, sur une feuille de papier, d'une zone devenant fluorescente lorsqu'elle est exposée à un rayonnement ultraviolet, selon lequel on éclaire la feuille 11 défilant devant un détecteur 15 au moyen d'une source de lumière ultraviolette 1 modulée au moyen d'une fréquence comprise entre 1 et 10 KHz, capte d'une part le rayonnement de fluorescence modulé, l'amplifie et le démodule au moyen d'un circuit d'amplification 20 et de démodulation 21 et mesure d'autre part l'intensité de la source ultraviolette au moyen d'un élément photoélectrique 30 associé à un circuit de détection et de démodulation 31 délivrant un second signal. Ce second signal est utilisé pour réguler le niveau du signal de sortie correspondant au rayonnement de fluorescence par régulation du niveau d'au moins un trigger 23, 24, 25 auquel est appliqué le signal de sortie. procédé est destiné, en particulier, à l'authentification de titres et documents analogues.
