Abstract

Cette vanne est du type dans laquelle le corps de vanne 4-5 ou la périphérie de l'obturateur 2 présente une gorge annulaire 25 recevant un dispositif d'étanchéité. Suivant l'invention, le dispositif d'étanchéité 3 comprend une garniture 36 comportant une partie active massive 38 pourvue d'un jeu axial j' et reliée par un voile mince libre 40 à un bourrelet de retenue 39, la surface 43 de cette partie active dirigée vers le fond 15 de la gorge 25 étant tronconique et coopérant avec une surface d'appui tronconique conjuguée 47. L'invention s'applique à l'équipement des réseaux maillés de canalisations dépourvus de sens préférentiel de circulation du fluide.
