Abstract

The closure comprises a baseplate (1) and a cover (2) with a hinge pin (3) parallel to the bracelet. One of the strands (5) of the bracelet is attached to the horns (4, 5) of the baseplate and the other strand of the bracelet is fastened by holes receiving a stud (9) on the baseplate and by the cover which is held by a groove (13) at one of its sides, forming a spring, receiving a rib (8) on one side of the baseplate. This closure has a very attractive appearance and is particularly suitable for leather watchstraps.
