Abstract

ADN modifié de bactériophage lambda . Il comprend des mutations Qam73 et Sam7 ayant pour effet de prévenir ou retarder l'expression des gènes tardifs, un fragment d'ADN comportant une partie au moins du gène Z de Escherichia coli et un promoteur d'un opéron bactérien, notamment de l'opéron lactose dans une partie non essentielle du génome du phase, dans le gène Z, un site de coupure par une endonucléase telle que Ecori, à l'exclusion de tout autre site du même type dans l'ADN de phage. Application à l'induction par une bactérie de synthèse protéique dirigée.
