Abstract

La présente invention est relative à la photographie en couleurs par diffusion-transfert. Le procédé suivant l'invention consiste 1 à exposer suivant une image un produit photographique comprenant au moins un élément photosensible aux halogénures d'argent auquel est associé un composé, formateur d'image de colorant, qui, par oxydation par un développateur oxydé, en milieu basique, libère un colorant en fonction de l'exposition reçue, et 2 à traiter le produit photographique exposé par une solution basique, en présence d'un développateur des halogénures d'argent, solution qui comprend une combinaison synergique contenant de l'alcool benzylique et un oméga-aminoalcool de 2 à 6 atomes de carbone et qui présente un pH compris entre 10,0 et 12,0. Application à l'obtention d'images de colorants transférées sur une couche réceptrice ou résiduelles dans le produit photographique, dont les discriminatibns sont améliorées.
