Abstract

The fuel supply system for domestic stoves or burners, uses a spherical container (1) to hold a light alcohol such as ethanol, methanol etc. for use as the fuel (c). This is forced from the container by the pressure of a gas (G) such as carbon dioxide, or this gas may itself by inflammable, such as butane, propane or pentane. The gas is fed into the container through a valve (10) connected by a line (4) to a cylinder container the substance in its liquid form. The liq. fuel (C) may alternatively be a petroleum product. The fitting opening (6) is separate from the gas valve opening (12) and the equipment using the fuel is fed from a dip tube (9) through another opening (11) in the container.
