Abstract

Dispositif délivrant un jet pulvérisé sous forme de nappe bidimensionnelle, à l'aide d'un corps creux qu'on alimente conjointement en liquide à pulvériser et en gaz sous pression et qui débouche par un ajutage bidimensionnel dont l'extrémité de sortie est une fente étroite. On dispose, à l'intérieur du corps creux 1, à proximité et en regard des orifices d'injection de liquide 16, une paroi déflectrice A formant obstacle s'étendant en travers de la trajectoire du liquide injecté, assurant ainsi une première pulvérisation par impact du liquide sur l'obstacle. De plus, on aménage la fente étroite 6 du débouché de l'ajutage bidimensionnel 4, 5 de façon à la délimiter par des arêtes d'extrémité acérées B. Application au revêtement de pièces par pulvérisation.
