Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble de disque de soupape. L'ensemble comprend un support 33 en forme de cuvette retournée qui loge un disque élastique 42. Le disque comporte un trou 43 qui s'étend entre ses deux faces et par lequel la région 39 située entre le disque et la paroi supérieure 34 du support communique librement avec la région à basse pression 14 entourée par le siège de soupape 15 lorsque le disque repose sur le siège pour fermer la soupape. Des moyens d'étanchéité constitués par une lèvre périphérique 44 portée par le disque limitent l'écoulement du fluide à haute pression de la région à haute pression située au-dessous du disque jusqu'à la région 39. Grâce à ces dispositions, il n'est besoin d'aucun moyen de fixation pour assembler le disque à son support. Application aux robinets à soupape à commande pilote.
