Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément de construction précontraint, comme une poutre ou une dalle de béton. Il comporte au moins une gaine inférieure et au moins une gaine supérieure dans lesquelles sont placés des fils de précontrainte qui sont tendus et ancrés. La gaine supérieure débouche au moins partiellement à la surface pour que les fils qui s'y trouvent puissent être éventuellement coupés. L'invention s'applique notamment à la réalisation de poutres modulaires.
