Abstract

The tube which is used as a bicycle handlebar support has a vertical body (10) and a support which is horizontal from a handlebar (H) holder (30). Through the support there is a hole and at one end a thrust element (56), moving near an opening towards the hole. A member to control movement of the thrust element rotates, and there are stops in the hole to regulate movement. An access hole for operating the thrust element is provided, with a cover (15).
