Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de durcissement d'une composition comprenant les étapes connues du gazage de cette composition par SO2 et de l'introduction dans la composition d'un agent d'oxydation de SO 2 , caractérisé en ce que l'on insuffle SO2 en mélange avec un autre gaz de diffusibilité moins grande. L'invention a également pour objet un appareil pour le mélange d'au moins deux gaz, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un récipient 2 équipé d'un corps de chauffe 7, ledit récipient étant muni en amont du corps de chauffe d'une arrivée 3 de SO2 et d'une arrivée 4 de gaz de dilution et, en aval du corps de chauffe, d'une sortie 9 pour le mélange gazeux. Applicable au durcissement des compositions de matières à mouler à durcissement rapide.
