Abstract

Moulage. Moule destiné à la coulée d'un produit céramique sous forme de barbotine, comprenant un compartiment pourvu d'une paroi imperméable à l'air et aménagé, dans la position de coulée du moule, de manière que lorsque le moule est rempli de barbotine, de l'air soit emprisonné dans le compartiment Le compartiment est situé dans une zone où la coulée ne doit pas être effectuée et l'air emprisonné non seulement permet d'obtenir ce résultat, mais évite également que la surface du compartiment soit mouillée, ce qui rend plus facile le nettoyage subséquent. Le compartiment peut être formé soit dans une partie d'un moule en plâtre et sa surface rendue imperméable à l'air, soit dans une pièce séparée réalisée en un matériau imperméable à l'air et assemblée aux parties du moule en plâtre. Le moule convient particulièrement à la coulée de cuvettes de water-closets, le compartiment étant situé dans la zone où la partie supérieure ouverte de la cuvette est formée. Application: articles sanitaires en porcelaine vitreuse.
