Abstract

The drawgear for a caravan consists of solid cross part carrying a ball (25). A fork supports a fixing pin (28) locked by a ring (29), the ring being attached to the fork by a chain. Locking is effected by a screw (31) housed in a part (33) of the fork to cut on the cross part (21) and press it against the pin (28). The assembly can house another cross part (32) to which shock absorbers of the drawgear can be attached.
