Abstract

Dispositif de réglage de débit d'un brûleur à gaz comportant un organe à étrangement variable relié, d'une part, à une source de gaz et, d'autre part, à un injecteur à ouverture calibrée. Cet organe est du type comportant un corps 1, un obturateur profilé 4 mobile axialement dans ce corps et présentant un évidement longitudinal 5 de section croissante d'une extrémité à l'autre déterminant un étranglement variable avec un alésage calibré 6 du corps; l'évidement 5 est déterminé de telle sorte qu'en position d'ouverture maximale de l'obturateur, ledit étranglement air une section apparente supérieure à celle de l'injecteur 11; l'obturateur 4 est relié à un organe de manoeuvre par l'intermédiaire d'un démultiplicateur de déplacement linéaire. L'invention s'applique notamment aux tables de travail pour la cuisson domestique.
