Abstract

The container is used for storing and serving thick sauces and has a removable top cover (7) and double walls (3, 4), equipped with a spirally wound electrical heating element (5) between them. A vertical heater (9) is provided in the centre of the container bottom and both are controlled by a thermostat (14). The vertical thermostat provides a bearing for an arm (10) wnich rotates inclined vertical mixer beater blades (12), these being driven by a motor and gearing (11, 15, 16) in the container base (2). The unit is kept in a refrigerator and the sauce obtained through a tap (22).
