Abstract

Equipement de pompage et de distribution de mousse d'un adhésif fondant à chaud. Il comprend un premier étage de pompe, qui dose l'adhésif fondu et le refoule vers un second étage qui, à son tour, mélange avec cet adhésif un gaz sous pression, de façon que le gaz entre en solution dans l'adhésif suivant un rapport réglable. Les étapes sont insensibles aux variations de viscosité de l'adhésif et de leur vitesse d'entraînement. Elles refoulent à un débit uniforme une mousse de densité uniforme lorsque l'adhésif est débité d'un distributeur relié à la pompe. Application à un équipement utilisé pour le collage des rabats de boîtes de carton.
