Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition ingérable comprenant une association d'une fibre végétale alimentaire telle que le son de blé et d'un protéinate naturel métallique tel que le caséinate de calcium. Cette association peut entrer dans la préparation de tout produit diététique ou de régime et notamment dans la préparation des produits biscuitiers. Son ingestion présente les mêmes effets bénéfiques que celle des fibres alimentaires, mais supprime les effets indésirables de déperdition protéique et minérale.
