Abstract

It comprises whey, concentrated and predigested by a proteolytic enzyme, whey supplemented with yeast in the presence of a vegetable meal, milk of yeast obtained by a strain of the genus Saccharomyces cerevisiae, two proteolytic enzymes of plant or animal origin, an energy factor chosen from carbohydrates, and glycerol acting as respiratory coefficient. The culture medium can be used as therapeutic composition in man for restoring the equilibrium of the intestinal flora and as feed additive in animal farming.
