Abstract
The end of the missile launcher is adapted to allow the spreading of the missile fins. At the ouside of the tube are grooves (4) or rods (3) forming grooves. There are eight grooves per tube, each housing a fin. Five tubes are placed inside a container(1) held by mountings(5) to the wing of an aeroplane. One is placed centrally and the others around it. The centre tube shares four common grooves with the other four tubes, the ridges or rods touching.
