Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour améliorer la définition des foyers des tubes à rayons X. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on module la tension de polarisation appliquée à la pièce de concentration du faisceau d'électrons émis par le filament du tube, d'une valeur minimale à une valeur maximale à une fréquence de modulation compatible avec la durée de fonctionnement du tube à rayons X.
