Abstract

Transporteur à racloirs à chaîne unique dont les doigts d'entraînement sont fixés sur une chaîne médiane sans fin et passent dans une gouttière transporteuse comprenant des éléments de gouttière courbes. Dans ce transporteur, les doigts d'entraînement de la partie supérieure et ceux de la partie inférieure sont appuyés en position radiale, dans la zone des éléments de gouttière courbes en forme de segments de cercle, par leurs extrémités internes courbes tangentiellement à la section périphérique d'une roue de changement de direction s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la courbe et pénétrant par une ouverture de la paroi latérale dans la gouttière transporteuse. Or, cette roue de changement de direction 8 porte à sa périphérie, des têtes oscillantes 11 disposées selon un espacement T correspondant à celui des extrémités adjacentes 5 des doigts d'entraînement et qui sont montées oscillantes sur des axes d'oscillation 10 parallèles à l'axe de la roue, lesdites têtes étant destinées à recevoir les extrémités internes courbes 5 des doigts d'entraînement. Cette caractéristique permet d'obtenir une très forte réduction des phénomènes d'usure et une durée de vie prolongée de la chaîne médiane.
