Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'une boîte formée d'une enveloppe en carton 10 et d'une doublure intérieure 42 en matière plastique. Dans un moule 30 de formage sous vide, on place l'enveloppe 10, munie de fentes ou trous de passage d'air 26, et on applique par dessus une feuille de matière plastique 40 préalablement chauffée, de façon telle que la feuille 40 se modèle sur l'enveloppe 10 pour former la doublure 42 et adhère à cette enveloppe. Application : récipients pour denrées alimentaires.
