Abstract

Ce générateur est constitué par une plaque rigide en matériau refractaire tel que de la Zircone, et par au moins une résistance noyée dans ladite plaque composée d'une bande métallique qui, ayant une largeur plusieurs fois supérieure à son épaisseur, affecte la forme d'un serpentin plat et est disposée avec ses grandes faces sensiblement parallèles à au moins l'une des grandes faces rayonnantes de la plaque. Il peut être utilisé comme élément chauffant pour des réchauds de laboratoires ou autres, plaques de cuisson, plaques à cuisiner, fond de sauteuse ou de friteuse, parois chauffantes, sole de fours divers, mais aussi comme accumulateur de chaleur, par exemple pour un radiateur à accumulation, pour un chauffe-plat.
