Abstract
Cette turbine éolienne destinée à l'entraînement de machines telles que des générateurs électriques ou des pompes est du type comprenant un rotor monté rotatif autour d'un axe vertical et sur lequel sont disposées, de manière équilibrée, au moins deux pales qui sont réglables, à l'aide d'une commande centrale à excentrique, dans la position la plus favorable par rapport à l'écoulement du vent.
