Abstract
Produit alimentaire de type protéique amélioré. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un procédé pour réduire une odeur de poisson dans un produit alimentaire emballé contenant un ingrédient provenant de poissons, selon lequel un agent réducteur non toxique, dans une quantité convenable pour réduire l'odeur de poisson, est mélangé avec d'autres ingrédients comprenant la matière provenant de poissons, de façon à former un produit alimentaire, le produit est enfermé dans un récipient et soumis à une stérilisation par la chaleur dans le récipient fermé. Application à l'industrie alimentaire pour animaux.
