Abstract

Installation de production de deux fluides chauds à partir d'une source unique d'énergie thermique, caractérisée en ce que l'installation comporte un système à double échange thermique qui se compose, d'une part d'un réservoir d'eau sanitaire, dans lequel de l'eau froide est introduite à la partie inférieure et l'eau échauffée par un élément chauffant se rassemble par convexion à la partie supérieure d'où elle est prélevée à mesure des besoins, et d'autre part, d'un échangeur de chaleur tubulaire coaxial disposé dans ledit réservoir, dont l'élément chauffant ou tube extérieur est le même que celui du réservoir d'eau sanitaire, et l'élément chauffé ou tube intérieur est une conduite d'alimentation en eau de chauffage, ledit élément chauffant étant parcouru par des gaz chauds en provenance d'une pompe à cha eur à contre-courant avec la direction de circulation de ladite eau de chauffage.
