Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de coloration de préparations histologiques, caractérisé en ce que l'on traite la préparation histologique successivement : a. Par de l'alcool méthylique tamponné à ph 6,5 à 7,5 (réactif A), pendant au moins 5 secondes; b. Par une solution aqueuse tamponnée à pH 6,5 à 7,5 et contenant de 1,6 à 4 g/l d'un colorant choisi parmi l'Eosine I Bleuâtre et l'Eosine Jaunâtre (réactif B), pendant environ 5 secondes, et c. Par une solution aqueuse tamponnée à pH 6,5 à 7,5 et contenant de 1 à 2,6 g/l de Bleu de méthylène et de 0,6 à 2,0 g/l d'un Azur de méthylène (réactif C), pendant environ 7 secondes, puis on lave à l'eau et on sèche.
