Abstract

A safety fixture for fixing a ski boot onto the ski by rotating the boot (1). It locks the boot in a position on the lengthwise axis of the ski. The locking mechanism for the boot and ski consists of a projection (5) and a recess (5a) wich are complementary, and one of which is on the shoe and the other on the ski. The fixture, near the recess, has at least one guide ramp (13) into which the corresponding projection fits. The guide ramp (13) has a shoulder which is parallel to the support plane between the shoe and ski. The shoulder extends at a tangent to the recess.
