Abstract

Procédé et composition pour la détermination analytique de la capacité de fixation de la thyroxine du sérum. On combine en milieu aqueux à pH 5 à 10 environ l'échantillon de sérum à analyser, de la triiodothyronine T-3 en excès substantiel par rapport à la T-3 endogène et à une concentration d'environ 0,5 à 5 ng/ml dans le milieu d'analyse, de l'anti-T-3 et de la T-3 fixée sur enzyme, et on détermine l'activité enzymatique de la T-3 fixée sur enzyme comparativement à l'activité enzymatique déterminée sur un échantillon de sérum ayant une capacité de fixation de la thyroxine connue. Le procédé selon l'invention, simple et rapide, permet des contrôles importants en clinique.
