Abstract

L'invention concerne un bloc à lécher pour les ruminants contenant un minimum de 1% et un maximum de 60 % d'azote non protéique. Selon l'invention, ce bloc contient au moins un composé présent dans les concentrats provenant de la distillation industrielle des vins et sous-produits de la vinification et de la cidrerie et notamment, des sucres, du glycérol, de l'acide tartrique, des sels de cet acide, des tanins et des anthocyanes. Ces concentrats et sous-produits favorisant l'assimilation de l'azote non protéique par le bétail.
