Abstract

L'invention a trait à un procédé de préparation de corps moulés par compactage sous pression de mélanges essentiellement constitués de plâtre et d'eau. Selon une mise en oeuvre préférée de l'invention, le plâtre sensiblement sec a une surface Blaine comprise entre 500 et 15 000 cm**2/g et une granulométrie comprise entre 10 et 1 000 microns, on le mélange intimement à une quantité d'eau nécessaire à la prise ultérieure et en excès sur la stoechiométrie de 0 à 12 % du poids total du mélange, on place le mélange obtenu dans un moule, on applique une pression et on obtient un corps moulé sans séchage et qui présente des propriétés de résistances mécaniques élevées. Le procédé est plus particulièrement applicable à la préparation de corps moulés pouvant servir de matériaux porteurs.
