Abstract

L'appareil d'agrafage circulaire chirurgical selon la présente invention comprend un boîtier 10 dans lequel est logé un tube 30 auquel on peut imprimer un mouvement de va-et-vient à raide d'une poignée 14, 12. A l'intérieur du tube se trouve une tige 52 à laquelle on peut communiquer un mouvement vers l'avant et vers l'arrière à l'aide d'un écrou à oreilles 60 coopérant avec une partie filetée de la tige. Une cartouche jetable 40 comprenant une partie porte-enclume 46 et une partie porteagrafes 44 est montée de façon amovible sur la tige et le corps. Une clavette maintient assemblée en vue d'une rotation le corps et la tige des butées présentent sur le tube et la tige déterminent l'amplitude du mouvement de va-et-vient, cette amplitude pouvant varier en fonction de la position de la tige qui dépend elle-même de la juxtaposition de la partie porte-enclume 46 et de la partie porte-agrafes 44 quand l'appareil est fermé sur les tissus en préparation à l'éxécution d'une anastomose circulaire.The surgical circular stapling apparatus according to the present invention comprises a housing 10 in which is accommodated a tube 30 which can be imparted to a reciprocating motion of a handle 14, 12.
