Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de supports d'enregistrements magnétiques, dans lequel immédiatement avant l'application de la dispersion magnétique sur un support non magnétique, cette dispersion magnétique est soumise à un effort (ou contrainte) de cisaillement par la production d'un gradient de vitesse de cisaillement dans ladite dispersion. La dispersion magnétique est refoulée à travers une fente ayant une largeur d'entrée d1 et une largeur de sortie d2 , tandis que le gradient de vitesse de cisaillement D augmente constamment suivant la relation mathématique :
