Abstract

Ce collecteur d'eau décantée est destiné plus particulièrement aux installations d'épuration utilisant le procédé des << boues activées >>, avec mode d'exploitation << séquentiel >>, c'est-à-dire avec utilisation d'un même bassin dans lequel s'effectuent successivement le traitement et la décantation. Il est constitué essentiellement par l'embout 4 à partie supérieure épanouie d'un conduit d'évacuation 3, s'ouvrant vers le haut, et par un manchon 5 d'axe vertical dont la partie inférieure, introduite dans l'embout 4 coaxialement à celui-ci, porte une membrane élastique 8 de forme annulaire gonflable au moyen d'un fluide sous pression, à partir d'une commande pneumatique ou hydraulique à distance et par l'intermédiaire d'une canalisation 11. A l'etat gonflé, la membrane annulaire 8 vient en contact avec l'embout 4 de manière à obturer le collecteur; à l'état dégonflé, elle se plaque contre le manchon 5 et libère ainsi une ouverture annulaire tournée vers le haut.
