Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé pour la production de mélanges eau/ciment hautement colloïdaux. Elle est caractérisée en ce que, dans un mélangeur, on soumet de l'eau et du ciment dans un rapport de poids de 0,25 à 0,60 pendant une durée d'environ 2 mn, à une vitesse d'environ 300 m/mn à un prémélange, qu'on malaxe le mélange eau/ciment dans le même ou dans un deuxième mélangeur de telle sorte que les grains de ciment sont soumis pendant une période d'au moins 8 mn à une accélération de masse d'au moins 2 g (g = 9,81m/s**2) et que le mélange est ainsi transformé en une colle de ciment complètement colloïdale et que cette colle de ciment est ensuite utilisée pour la production d'éléments de construction, pour le revêtement partiel ou complet intérieur et/ou extérieur d'éléments de construction (par exemple de tuyaux) ou pour le colmatage de fentes. Elle se rapporte à un procédé et à un dispositif pour la production de mélanges hautement colloïdaux d'eau et de ciment, ainsi que pour l'enrobage de tubes.
