Abstract

Absorbent reinforced floor cloth with longer working life comprises, at least in the centre of the cloth, alternating zones of two different textures. Pref. the first zone consists of narrow strips of denser texture, forming a grid which delimints the second zones. The cloth may have a peripheral region with a texture similar to that f the first zone and connected to them. The second zones pref. comprises material thicknesses which are interconnected at their edges to form pockets, while the first zones comprise a single material thickness or several integral thicknesses and are made in a single piece.
