Abstract
The diecast central heating radiator is made in section which can be joined together. When complete, it consists of upper and lower collector boxes connected to a set of vertical finned tubes. At top and bottom are hooks or similar fixings for attachment of the radiator to a wall. The tubes can be of oval section with the major axis located in the plane of the axes of the collector boxes. These boxes have curved sides in line with the fins on the tubes and incorporate the mechanical and hydraulic connections, designed so as to form a modular unit.
