Abstract
Capteur de pression intracranienne et dispositif de mesure associé. Le capteur 2 avec un anneau rigide 21 limitant une membrane 20, est enfoncé dans la voute cranienne 11 jusqu'au contact avec la dure mère. Un détecteur de position de membrane comprend un aimant 22 polarisant une sonde de Hall 23. Lorsque la dure mère est maintenue dans sa position naturelle par l'anneau 21 et par la membrane 20 poussée par une pression interne au capteur, celle-ci est égale à la pression intracranienne. La pression interne est fournie par le générateur de pression 4 asservi, à travers l'amplificateur 3, à la tension délivrée par la sonde 23. Le potentiomètre 33 fournit une tension de compensation définissant le repos. Application à la neurologie et la neuro-chirurgie.
